How do i know if an item is eligible for return?

The majority of our products can be exchanged for another item or store credit ONLY IF THERE IS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. Items that can be exchanged, within a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy time period as long as the returned items are unused, and came back with all original bundling and labels.

What about my money?

You will get a credit voucher for the entire sum you paid which is legitimate until one year from the date of issue of voucher.

What if i receive a damaged/ defective/ wrong product?

We Quality Control all our transportation and packaging processes, however in uncommon conditions, on the off chance that you do get a harmed, flawed/wrong item just connect with us within 24 hours of getting your order with pictures at [email protected] and we will deal with the rest.

Do you have a reverse pickup service?

Truly, we do not have a free reverse-pickup service. However if the product is defective or damaged we will reimburse the courier charges along with the original amount of the product.

To what extent will it take to process my return?

It will take 10-15 working days for you to get a substitution or store credit only after quality check of the products returned.
